I’ve been using the loyalty points for a while now, or at least I think I have, I lose track of when they actually get added, and they don’t seem to save me much. Every time I try to use them, the discount is so small that it barely feels worth paying attention to.

My order showed up much later than I expected, and the tracking really didn’t help much. I kept checking over and over for updates like, where is it?? What’s going on?? it was frustrating.

I tried to order a few hair products, but like half of what I needed wasn’t available. I checked back again later... same situation. It’s frustrating when the site shows all these brands, but then you can’t actually buy the things you want...

"Shipping took way too long"
Shipping took a lot longer than I expected. I’m usually patient if something is a few days late, but this felt like it dragged on forever. My sister even asked if I was still waiting for the package because I’d mentioned it so many times.
What made it more frustrating was the lack of clear updates. By the time my order finally showed up, I wasn’t even excited about it anymore. i probably won’t order again.

"Hard to get pro products"
So... I tried using Marlo Beauty to order some professional salon products, and it was frustrating. A bunch of items seemed like they were locked behind account approval, and it wasn’t really clear what I was actually allowed to buy. I understand that pro products can have certain rules, but the site didn’t explain things well at all. After clicking around for a while, it just felt like a waste of time, so I ended up ordering from another site that made the process way easier.

"Shipping felt a little pricey, but the order was fine"
My order showed up in good shape and was packed well, so no complaints there. The only thing is the shipping cost felt a bit high for what I ordered. I’d probably feel differently if it was a heavier or more fragile item, but for this purchase it seemed like a little much. Overall I’m still happy, just hoping delivery is cheaper next time.

Went in to grab my usual things and half of it wasn’t even on the shelves. Kinda frustrating becuase this keeps happening, so I had to leave without a bunch of what I needed.

I had to return an item and the refund wasn’t immediate. It took a few days longer than I was expecting, which was a bit frustrating, but customer service did get back to me and the money came through in the end. Not perfect, but overall it was handled fairly

I reached out to Marlo Beauty customer service and, at least in my case, the response time was disappointing. I’m usually fine waiting a bit if the issue isn’t urgent, but this took longer than I expected and the reply I finally got didn’t really solve anything. Maybe it depends on the situation or how busy they are, but for what I needed, it felt like I wasn’t really being heard. Not the best experience for me.

"Order delays messed up my plans"
I wasn’t happy with my order from Marlo Beauty. The website itself was fine to use, but once I placed the order, everything just felt kind of unclear and frustrating.
The shipping took longer than I expected, and the updates didn’t really tell me much. I had ordered the items because I needed them for a specific day, so when they didn’t show up on time, it completely ruined my plans. I kept checking for updates myself, but still never really knew what was going on.

Customer service wasn’t much help either. They were slow to respond and didn’t come across very friendly. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but after this, I don’t think I’d order from them again.

One item showed up with the packaging a little beat up, but the actual product was fine and worked like it should. i was glad everything turned out well because I finally found a couple of items I’ve been wanting to try without overpaying...
